One of the major challenges is getting ~125 people from locations all over Germany and Switzerland to the same place at roughly the same time. Today, we have flights from DUS, CGN, MUC, TXL, NUE, HAM, plus various train and car rides

It’s also pretty challenging to find a hotel that’s able to handle our demands in terms of rooms & connectivity. The logistics are handled beautifully by our back office staff, acting as company-internal travel agents.
